Arta
Spanish tapas done properly on Albion Street—small plates, proper wine, and the kind of place that gets rammed for good reason.

You're walking into a proper Barcelona-style operation here, not some Instagram-friendly approximation. Arta takes its tapas seriously: the croquetas are creamy, the jamón is actually good, and they're not mucking about with the sherry selection. It's the sort of place where you order five things expecting to share them and somehow end up ordering three more. The room itself feels lived-in rather than designed—exposed stone, warm lighting, enough noise that you don't feel like you're eating in a library. Albion Street's buzzy enough these days, but Arta's been doing this longer than most and it shows.
