Head down Dumbarton Road in Partick and you'll find yourself in a wee spot that's all business—no faffing about with an enormous menu, just dumplings done right. You're ordering steamed, fried, or chilli oil versions of the things, picking your filling, and that's your lot. The room's tight and buzzy, the kind of place where you're rubbing shoulders with students, after-work drinkers, and families who've cottoned on that you can eat brilliantly here for a fiver or two. It's the sort of casual neighbourhood joint that Glasgow does best: stripped-back, honest, and full of people who've made it part of their regular rotation.
