You walk in and it immediately feels like somewhere locals actually want to be—the kind of spot where folk linger over a second coffee rather than rushing through. Victoria Road's got a handful of decent places, but Fulton's stands out because they're genuinely good at what they do: the coffee's properly pulled, the breakfast's substantial without being showy, and the staff aren't the type to make you feel rushed. It's the sort of place that works whether you're after a solo booth with the papers or catching up with a mate over eggs and toast.
