Head up to Hillhead and you'll find Hinba doing the whole speciality coffee thing without the pretension. This is the kind of place where they've genuinely thought about their bean sourcing and their grind, and you can taste it in every cup. The folk behind the counter actually want to talk you through what you're drinking—not at you, but with you. It's tucked away enough that you won't find hordes of laptop warriors, but busy enough that there's proper energy when you pop in for your morning espresso or afternoon filter.
