You'll find Theion tucked into Centenary Hall, which sounds a bit functional but don't let that put you off. The setting's actually rather charming once you're in—exposed brick, friendly chaos, the smell of grilled halloumi and proper lemon hitting you straight away. It's the sort of place where the owners clearly care: the mezze arrive at pace, the moussaka's properly layered, and they've not cut corners on sourcing. Guildford doesn't have loads of Greek restaurants that go beyond the obvious, so when one lands this solidly, it deserves your attention.
