Head out towards Quarmby and you'll find The Fieldhead doing what proper pubs should do—serving decent food, pouring a solid pint, and not trying too hard about it. It's the kind of place where regulars have their spots, the staff know what you're having before you ask, and nobody's pretending this is gastro anything. You get honest Yorkshire fare, a decent selection behind the bar, and a room full of actual locals rather than Instagram hunters. It's unpretentious in the best way.
