Head down Mill Lane in Binfield and you'll find yourself at the heart of Isle of Wight's working harbour — not some polished tourist trap, but an actual functioning marina where people moor their boats. The Control Tower restaurant overlooks the water, and it's the kind of place where locals genuinely hang out, not just visitors killing time.
