Kusina RestoBar does the classics properly: sisig that crackles, lumpia you'll want seconds of, and adobo that's been simmered with actual care. The room's got warmth to it – colourful, lived-in, the sort of place where regulars clearly know what they're ordering before they sit down. Service moves at a proper pace; they're not rushing you through.
