You'll find the Pack Horse down a quiet courtyard just off Main Street, which means you've actually stumbled somewhere locals prefer. It's got that authentic Lake District inn feel—low ceilings, exposed stone, the kind of place that's been serving drinkers for centuries and doesn't feel the need to apologise for it.
