Go Ape Leeds Castle

You'll be clipped into safety gear and pointing at the ground from what feels like an impossible height within minutes of arriving. The course winds through some genuinely beautiful old woodland, with rope bridges that bounce just enough to remind you you're very much airborne and zip lines that'll have you whooping whether you meant to or not. What sets this apart from other adventure courses is the setting – you're literally swinging through trees that have been here longer than most of the buildings in Kent. The instructors know their stuff and don't rush you through the safety briefing, which you'll appreciate when you're 30 feet up wondering why you thought this was a good idea. Book ahead, especially for weekends.
