You walk past this Albion Street spot daily, probably dismissing it as just another chain. Big mistake. While Rosa's might have multiple locations, they've cracked the code on delivering proper Thai flavours without the inconsistency that plagues most high street offerings. The green curry here has actual depth, the pad thai doesn't taste like ketchup, and crucially, they understand that spice levels aren't suggestions. The space itself is nothing revolutionary – clean lines, wooden tables, the kind of place that works equally well for a quick lunch or evening meal with mates. But that's exactly the point. Sometimes you want reliable excellence over Instagram theatrics, and Rosa's delivers that in spades. At these prices, with this consistency, it's become my default Thai recommendation.
