You wouldn't expect to find some of Leeds' best pizza inside a shopping centre, but here we are. Duck past the usual Arndale suspects and you'll discover this Manchester import doing exactly what it says on the tin – proper Neapolitan pizza that'd make a nonna weep. The dough gets a 24-hour slow rise before hitting their blazing hot ovens, emerging with those coveted leopard spots and a base that's simultaneously crispy and chewy. The menu keeps things refreshingly simple – classic margheritas, spicy 'nduja numbers, and a rotating special or two. Nothing fancy, just exceptional ingredients doing their thing. The buffalo mozzarella actually tastes like something, the San Marzano tomatoes sing with acidity, and that sourdough base has proper character. It gets rammed with students and pizza pilgrims alike, but the turnover's quick enough that you won't be queuing for ages.
