The Heat does Persian food the way it should be done: meat cooked over charcoal until it's got proper colour and flavour, rice that's been treated with respect, and none of that overthinking you get elsewhere. It's the kind of place where regulars come back because the food tastes like someone who knows what they're doing is in the kitchen.
