The industrial-meets-rustic setting works brilliantly – exposed brick and canal views create the perfect backdrop for seriously good tacos and burritos that actually taste like they've travelled from Baja California rather than a Tex-Mex chain kitchen. The kitchen knows its way around proper Mexican flavours, from smoky carnitas to fresh pico de gallo that doesn't come from a jar. Their margaritas are properly made too, not the sugary disasters you'll find elsewhere. Yes, it's a bit of a trek from the city centre, but the locals have cottoned on – book ahead or you'll be disappointed.
