You'll find Brockbank and Mellor tucked away on Seel Street, that bit of the city centre that's somehow still got actual character. Walk in and it's clear this place isn't trying too hard—low lighting, the kind of bar where regulars actually exist, and staff who seem to actually know what they're doing.
