Moi does the whole thing properly: sourdough that's properly fermented, croissants with actual lamination, the works. It's become the kind of place where you'll bump into half the creative types in Liverpool, sat with their oat milk flat whites and a pain au chocolat, actually enjoying their breakfast instead of just shoving something in their gob on the way to work. The industrial-cool vibe of FACT suits it perfectly—all exposed brick and big windows—but it never feels pretentious. Just good food, made well.
