The industrial brick, exposed beams, and that particular kind of light that only railway arches can pull off create this intimate but unmistakably buzzy atmosphere. Chef Ayo Adeyemi's menu is rooted in West African cooking, but it's proper restaurant food: considered, technically skilled, and unafraid to evolve the canon. This is Stoney Street doing what it does best, but with a perspective that feels genuinely fresh.
