You'll find yourself on Duke Street in Mayfair, which is saying something—this neighbourhood doesn't do understated, yet Apricity somehow manages it. The room feels grown-up without being stuffy; the sort of place where you can wear a nice shirt rather than black tie and still belong. The kitchen trades in precision and clever flavour combinations, but mercifully stops short of the fussy plating that makes you feel like you're defusing a bomb with a fork.
