Belushi's on Borough High Street is exactly that, and it does it well enough that you won't feel annoyed about the noise or the crowds. The vibe is properly lively without being insufferable, helped by the fact they've got multiple rooms so you can actually escape the main chaos if you need to. The beer selection is decent, and they do proper pub food that won't embarrass you. On match days it gets absolutely rammed, but that's the whole point, really.
