You're walking down King's Road on a Friday night and there's Boha—all dark wood and low lighting, the kind of place that doesn't shout about itself but somehow everyone knows about it. The grill is doing proper work here, turning out steaks and chops with real technique, whilst the bar staff are taking their cocktails seriously without being insufferable about it.
