It's the kind of space that feels effortlessly cool without trying—exposed brick, high ceilings, and that particular industrial charm you only get from a building that's actually got history. The menu reads like a love letter to Spanish ingredients and technique: whole fish cooked over charcoal, grilled meats that taste like they've been properly treated, and sides that don't apologise for being simple. Service is genuinely warm, not precious. It fills up quickly and for good reason.
