The Tap Room's whole thing is taking beer seriously without the wankiness—rotating taps mean you're never quite sure what you'll find, which is either exciting or annoying depending on your mood. It's the kind of place where you can have a genuinely good conversation, the bartenders know their stuff, and nobody's trying too hard. The industrial bones of the space work in its favour; exposed brick (obviously), decent lighting, and enough room to actually move around.
