You'll walk into Dolsot and immediately clock the setup: low tables with built-in grills where you're doing the cooking yourself. It's chaos in the best way—your mates arguing over who gets the premium cuts, smoke billowing up, everyone slightly sweaty and absolutely buzzing. The meat's quality stuff, properly marbled, and they don't skimp on the banchan either. Camden's got plenty of Korean spots, but this one nails the interactive theatre of it all. Expect to spend a decent evening here rather than a quick bite.
