You'll find yourself on a narrow Soho street lined with vintage shops and late-night bars, pushing through the doors of what looks deceptively modest. Inside, it's all exposed brick, simple wooden tables and a serious focus on what matters: the meat. The Flat Iron cut is their thing—a lesser-known but ridiculously flavourful muscle from the shoulder that punches well above its weight price-wise. Service is efficient without being stuffy, which fits the vibe perfectly. It's the kind of place where a banker and a student can sit equally comfortably, both getting genuinely excellent beef without spending a fortune or dealing with any unnecessary faffing about.
