This isn't some try-hard concept bar—it's genuinely good at what it does: mixing cocktails that taste like someone's actually thought about the balance, and creating a space where you can have a proper conversation without shouting over a DJ. The crowd's a nice mix of Soho regulars and people who've heard it does the business. Service is attentive without being fussy, and they've clearly invested in knowing their spirits. It's the kind of spot you'd suggest to a mate visiting from out of town, or pop into on your way through Soho without needing to plan it a week in advance.
