Kima

Serious Greek cooking in Marylebone that ditches the tourist menu for proper regional dishes and natural wines.

You're walking down Paddington Street in Marylebone, past the Georgian townhouses, and suddenly you're somewhere entirely different—somewhere that smells of wood smoke and oregano. Kima is the kind of Greek restaurant that makes you realise how little you actually know about Greek food. This isn't souvlaki-and-saganaki territory. They're doing things properly here: wild greens dressed in excellent olive oil, slow-cooked lamb that falls apart, feta that tastes like it actually matters. The wine list is a love letter to Greek producers you've probably never heard of. Service feels like they genuinely want you to eat well, not just turn tables.
