LIMIN SOUTHBANK
Proper Caribbean cooking on the South Bank—jerk, rice and peas, and cocktails that actually taste like something.

You're walking along Upper Ground with the Thames on one side and the Southbank Centre looming behind you, and you spot Limin. Inside it's warm, unpretentious, and genuinely buzzing—the kind of place where people are here because they want to be, not because they're ticking boxes. The menu reads like someone's actually been to the Caribbean and back: jerk chicken that's properly spiced without being show-offy, proper rice and peas, goat curries, and plantains done right. It's not fine dining, but it's not trying to be. The drinks work too, whether you're having a Banks beer or something with rum that knows what it's doing.
