You're walking through Brixton Village on a Friday night and the smell hits you first—lemongrass, chilli, and something deeply savoury that shouldn't exist without animal products but absolutely does. Muan does Thai food properly, just without any of the usual suspects. The larb is herbaceous and alive, the curries have proper body, and they're not trying to convince you they're "just as good"—they're genuinely different and worth the trip on their own terms.
