Walk into Rastro and you'll immediately clock the thoughtful aesthetic—the kind of place that's clearly been put together by people who actually care about their coffee and the space around it. Bethnal Green Road can feel a bit scattered, but this café creates a proper destination on a street that's been quietly evolving. The espresso is excellent, the sort that makes you realise how many mediocre coffees you've been tolerating, and they're not doing anything showy about it—just good technique and decent beans.
