Sagardi's whole thing is grilled meat and fish cooked over charcoal, which sounds simple until you taste how they've actually mastered it. The txuleta (that's a proper rib-eye to you) arrives with nothing but sea salt, still smoking, and it's genuinely one of the best steaks you'll eat in East London.
