You walk into Sinuhe and immediately feel like you've stumbled into something proper—proper food, proper care, proper hospitality. This is Persian dining done right, where each plate arrives looking like it's been plated by someone who actually gives a toss. The room itself is intimate without feeling cramped, the kind of place where you can have a genuine conversation but also watch the kitchen do its thing. What makes it work is the attention: charred meats that have seen actual flame, rice that's been properly tended, and flavours that don't apologise for themselves. It's become a real favourite in Bayswater, and frankly, once you've eaten here, everywhere else doing "Mediterranean-influenced" feels a bit half-hearted.
