Walk down Park Street towards the river and you'll find yourself in one of SE1's best-kept corners. The Gentlemen Baristas isn't trying to be Instagram gold—it's just there, doing excellent coffee with the kind of focus that means they actually know where every bean comes from. The space feels intentional; stripped-back enough that nothing distracts from what's in your cup, but warm enough you'll want to linger with a flat white and whatever pastry they've got on. It's the sort of place where locals queue for a reason, not because it's fashionable.
