Italian fine dining in Soho with floor-to-ceiling glass and proper craft cocktails. Proper date night material.

You walk into Glasshouse Street and suddenly you're in one of those rare Soho pockets that feels genuinely civilised. The Grand by Concerto Glasshouse is all soaring glass ceilings and natural light—unusual for this neighbourhood where basements and dark corners are the norm. Inside, it's all white tablecloths and that particular brand of elegance that doesn't announce itself too loudly. The Italian kitchen does proper food: think handmade pastas and carefully sourced ingredients, not the kind of place that's trying too hard. The cocktails are taken seriously, the wine list is thoughtful, and the room has real energy without being shouty about it. This is what you book when you actually want someone to remember the evening.
