Walk into The Marquis and you'll clock the kind of pub that doesn't need a rebrand or craft cocktail menu to justify its existence. It's the sort of place where Stoke Newington residents have been nursing pints for years, the sort where regulars outnumber tourists (mostly because there aren't any tourists).
