You're walking into a stripped-back pizzeria on Elephant and Castle where the only thing that matters is what comes out of that wood-fired oven. The vibe is deliberately unfussy: exposed brick, minimal faffing about, locals nursing beers next to tourists who've actually done their homework. The pizzas themselves are the real deal — proper 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, the sort of thing that would make sense in Naples. At around £10–15 a pizza, it's the kind of place you'd hit midweek for something honest and properly made, not Instagram theatre with a burnt crust.
