You're in Spinningfields, that converted warehouse stretch near the Etihad, and you've ducked into Fiori for what you think will be a quick coffee. Instead, you're still there an hour later because the espresso is properly dialled in and the pastries actually taste like someone gave a shit. The space has that industrial-meets-refined vibe—exposed brick, good light, the sort of place where the coffee equipment looks like it cost more than your first car.
