Walk into TigerIvy and you're stepping into somewhere that actually takes itself seriously without being annoying about it. Albert Road's had a fair shake-up over the past few years, and this place slots in nicely amongst the independent shops and cafes—it's got that craft-bar energy without feeling like it's trying too hard to impress you. The cocktails are proper, made with technique you can taste, and the bartenders know their stuff. It's the sort of place you'd go solo for a really good drink, or bring someone you actually want to talk to without having to shout.
