SeaSpray Fistral has that effortless thing going on: it's become the sort of place where you bump into the same faces, where the staff actually remember your order, where breakfast stretches into lunch without anyone minding. The views across Fistral are ace, especially on a clear day when the water's that mad turquoise colour. Food-wise, it's unpretentious but done properly—the kind of spot that gets breakfast right and doesn't overcomplicate things.
