The Fat Cat is a no-nonsense kind of place: exposed brick, brewing equipment visible through the windows, and a tap list that reads like a love letter to British hop varieties. You're drinking beer made metres from where you're sitting, which sounds gimmicky until you taste it—clean, bold, seasonal stuff that changes regularly.
