You'll find Jorge's squeezed into Orford Yard, one of those Norwich alleyways that still feels like a proper discovery even though it's five minutes from the market. The room's intimate without being claustrophobic—exposed brick, warm lighting, the kind of place where you can actually hear your mates talk. The menu reads like someone's actually cooked in Lisbon and knows what they're doing: excellent chargrilled fish, slow-cooked cataplana dishes that smell incredible, and they're not mucking about with the wine list.
