The Red Lion Bishopgate

Walk down Bishopgate towards the river and you'll find yourself in the kind of pub that feels like it's been holding court in Norwich for decades (it has). The Red Lion is where you grab a pint after work, not where you pose for Instagram—though plenty do anyway. The crowd's mixed: regulars propping up the bar, groups spilling onto the pavement, the occasional tourist who's stumbled onto something real.
