The industrial-meets-cosy interior strikes the right balance between serious coffee credentials and somewhere you'd actually want to sit with a laptop or catch up with mates. The baristas know their stuff without the pretension that sometimes comes with specialty coffee, and they're happy to talk you through their single origins if you're interested. The flat whites are consistently excellent, with proper microfoam that doesn't disappear after two sips. It gets busy with the lunch crowd from nearby offices, but there's usually space if you're flexible about where you sit.
