SUDA
Thai and Southeast Asian street food done properly, with the kind of flavour intensity that makes you wonder why you've been settling for mediocre pad thai.
🍴 Thai & Southeast Asiancasuallivelyrelaxedbuzzyrestaurant
Head down Bramcote Lane and you'll find yourself in one of Nottingham's most reliably excellent spots for Southeast Asian cooking. SUDA does that tricky thing of feeling genuinely local—proper charred edges on everything, herbs that actually taste alive—without any of the try-hard theatrics. The menu bounces between Thailand, Vietnam and beyond, and they're clearly not messing about: curries arrive with actual complexity, broths taste like they've been built properly, and the street food snacks are the kind of thing you'll be thinking about on the bus home. It's casual enough that you don't need an occasion, but the food's good enough that it absolutely feels like one.
