You'll find yourself standing at the end of the pier, watching the fishing boats come and go, while you wait for whatever's just been landed. This is seafood at its most honest—no pretence, no fancy plating, just impeccably fresh catch grilled or fried the way it should be. The green shack itself is tiny and weathered, painted in that faded colour that tells you it's been doing this properly for years. You're eating metres from where it came out of the water, which matters more than any Michelin star ever could.
