Head out towards Soroba and you'll find yourself in the quieter part of town where locals actually eat. Soroba House has that comfortable, unpretentious feel—the kind of place where you can rock up for a proper meal or just sink a pint without anyone making a fuss. It's far enough from the bay to escape the McCaig's Tower crowds, but close enough that you're still very much in Oban.
