You'll find yourself on one of Oxford's quieter passages, away from the Cornmarket crush, where Organic Deli operates in a converted stone building that feels properly local. The menu changes seasonally and actually means something—they're not just slapping 'organic' on a sandwich. Their soups are the real draw: think roasted butternut or lentil and vegetable, the kind of thing you'd want in November. The coffee's excellent too, and they do a solid line in salads and sharing boards if you're after lunch. It's the sort of place where regulars know the staff by name.
