You'll find yourself on Cornwall Street in the city centre, walking past the usual suspects, then you spot the queue snaking out the door. That's your first clue you've found something worth your time. Inside, it's unpretentious and bustling—the kind of place where everyone's tucking into enormous plates of bigos, żurek, and pierogi like they've just won the lottery. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing; flavours are bold and proper, none of that watered-down stuff you get elsewhere. Staff are genuinely warm, not performatively so, and they'll happily guide you through the menu if you're new to Polish food. It's the sort of spot that makes you wonder why there aren't more places like this in Plymouth.
