Fino Tapas

Head up the stairs above PLAU and you've found yourself in one of Preston's better-kept dinner spots. Fino does the whole tapas thing without the pretension, which frankly is refreshing round here. You're getting classics executed properly—the sort of place where they don't mess about with gimmicks. It's the kind of evening where you roll up with mates, order too much, and suddenly three hours have gone by and you're still picking at croquetas.
