Clarrie's Kitchen

Head down to Ecclesall Road and you'll find Clarrie's tucked amongst the indie shops and charity shops that make this stretch actually worth visiting. It's the kind of place where regulars outnumber tourists (there aren't really tourists here anyway), and the staff remember what you ordered last time without being creepy about it. The menu's small but thoughtful—proper breakfasts, decent sandwiches, cakes that don't taste like they've been sat under a heat lamp since 6am. Nothing flashy, just honest food done well.
