You'll find yourself in what used to be a proper gritty bit of Shalesmoor, now quietly becoming the sort of place where interesting things happen. Konjö isn't trying to be Sheffield's fanciest Korean spot—it's too busy being genuinely good at what it does. The space itself is stripped-back and unpretentious, all exposed brick and clever use of what was clearly an old workshop. Staff know their stuff without being annoying about it, and they're proper invested in making sure you understand what you're eating and why it matters.
